The S13-M Series 500kVA Transformer is a high-efficiency, oil-immersed distribution solution designed for modern power grids. Compared to the standard S11 series, the S13 model reduces no-load losses by an average of 25%–30%, significantly lowering operational costs and carbon footprints for industrial and residential utility providers.

Featuring a fully sealed corrugated tank design, the transformer oil is completely isolated from the atmosphere. This prevents moisture and oxygen from entering the tank, eliminating oil degradation and the need for periodic oil filtration or core maintenance. It is the "install-and-forget" solution for medium-voltage (MV) to low-voltage (LV) power conversion.

• Ultra-Low Loss Silicon Steel Core: Built with high-permeability, grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel. The core is precision-stacked to minimize eddy current losses and significantly reduce audible humming.

• High-Purity Oxygen-Free Copper Windings: We use 99.9% pure copper for both high and low-voltage windings. This ensures superior conductivity, high short-circuit strength, and excellent thermal stability under peak loads.

• Elastic Corrugated Tank: The corrugated fins act as both a cooling radiator and an expansion vessel. As the oil temperature changes, the elastic expansion of the fins compensates for the volume change, maintaining a permanent seal.

• Vacuum Oil Filling: Every unit is filled under high-vacuum conditions to ensure there are no air bubbles in the insulation, preventing partial discharge and extending the transformer's life to over 30 years.

• Multi-Stage Surface Protection: The tank undergoes sandblasting, pickling, and phosphating before being coated with a high-durability, weather-resistant finish (RAL 7035/7032) to prevent rust in humid or coastal environments.
