Quality Control
QA/QC Workflow
I. Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
Component Screening: Circuit breakers (VCB/ACB), instrument transformers, and protective relay devices must be accompanied by a Certificate of Conformity and mandatory certifications (e.g., 3C certification).
Busbar/Steel Plate Quality: Inspection of busbar purity (conductivity) and detection of micro-cracks at bending points.
II. In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)
Busbar Lapping: Verification that lapping surfaces are flat, that conductive paste has been applied, and that bolt tightening torque meets specifications (typically verified using a torque wrench and marked with a paint seal).
Wiring Workmanship: Verification that secondary wiring harnesses are clearly labeled, connections are secure, and crimping is properly executed.
III. Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)
Appearance and Structural Inspection: Verification of paint film thickness, door lock functionality, and nameplate parameter accuracy.
Simulated Operation Testing: Simulation of various fault signals to verify that protective relays can correctly trigger the circuit breakers to trip.
Insulation Resistance Testing: The final line of defense prior to delivery.
