Low voltage withdrawable switchgear assembly

GCS low voltage withdrawable switchgear assembly(hereinafter referred to as device)is the former state Ministry of Machinery, the Ministry of Electric power joint design group according to the industry authorities, the majority of power users and design units developed in line with the national conditions, with high technical performance indicators, can adapt to the development of the power market needs and can compete with the existing introduced products. In July 1996, the device passed the appraisal jointly presided over by two departments in Shanghai, and received the attention and affirmation of the production and manufacturing units and power use departments.

The device is suitable for power plant, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, textile, high-rise building and other industries of power distribution system. In large power plants, petrochemical systems and other places with a high degree of automation, requiring computer interface, as a three-phase AC 50(60)Hz, rated working voltage 380V, rated current 4000A and below the distribution, centralized control of the motor, reactive power compensation of the low-voltage distribution device.

The device conforms to IEC439-1 and GB7251.1 standards.

Operating environment conditions

1, The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40℃, not lower than -5℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours is not higher than +35℃.

2, The relative humidity at high temperature is not more than 50%, in the lower temperature is allowed to have a high relative humidity, such as +20℃ at 90%, but should take into account the temperature change, may occasionally produce moderate condensation.

3, The altitude does not exceed 2000 meters.

4, Installation tilt shall not exceed 5°.

5, No dust, corrosive gas and rain immersion indoors.
